During the last year The Equal Justice Center – with your help – has passed another milestone in justice for low-wage working men and women in Texas: over $9 million in unpaid wage claims recovered by the working families we assist. We’ve also now helped thousands of undocumented young people gain legal work permits, protection from deportation, and the opportunity to fully contribute to our economy and society.
From our offices in Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas, we continue to open up access to justice for low-wage working people – regardless of their immigration status. To celebrate and support all this we will be holding our annual fundraiser Golf Tournament at Austin’s iconic Peter Pan Mini Golf course.
